I visited a lot of websites to collect my best fall decor 2020 list and I think you will love the results! As always, I lean toward neutral decor and love whites and creams when I decorate for fall. Its so fun pulling out my decorations for fall, even though it never feels like fall here in Florida.

All of my happy memories of fall involve cold weather and crunching leaves underfoot in either Indiana or Michigan. I can still remember the smell of that plastic Halloween mask on my face as I ran from house to house with my friends Trick or Treating. Invariably, it was cold and we didn’t waste any time as we ran greedily up to the doors to collect our treats. Here, all of the kids Trick or Treat wearing flip flops and many are riding decorated golf carts. I miss the chilly fall weather, but I have to admit, I don’t miss the cold winter that always followed at all.

One word of advice, when buying fall decor, don’t delay! The best decorations often sell out early and are not replaced until next year, if at all. I’ve been waiting to buy a white pumpkin from Bed Bath and Beyond that I fell in love with last year but it looks like they are not bringing it back this season. If you see something you love, buy it now. Better safe than sorry!

Easy Fall Decor Centerpiece

This is such an easy fall decor centerpiece that you can make it in three minutes! I recorded a video of myself creating this simple fall decoration and it was less that three minutes long! This is how I did it.

Choose a bread bowl if you have one. If you do not, a tray or a pretty decorative bowl will work just fine. Depending on the length of your tray or bread bowl, place an odd number of white pumpkins an equal distance apart.

Add enough acorns to surround your pumpkins. I used about 3/4 of the bag of 100 pumpkins.

Add two or three pine cones, standing them on end and then letting them lean a little so they look more natural.

Add a few of the smaller white pumpkins and some little burlap pumpkins until you like the way it looks.

It is as simple as that! This is a great DIY to do with kids because there is no “wrong” way to do it. And, best of all, it is so easy and affordable!

Fall Home Decor 2019

Whether you call it Fall or Autumn, it’s that time of year! Pumpkin Spice everything is on the menu and its time to think about decorating the house. When I lived in the Midwest, there was always a certain excitement about the coming of fall. It was back to school time, there was a chill in the air, and Halloween felt like it was just around the corner. Now that I live in Florida, I have to remind myself of what month it is and Halloween never feels like its right around the corner. Despite that fact, I was shocked to learn that Floridians really get into decorating for fall and Halloween. In fact, I see a lot more fall decorations here than I ever did when I lived in Indiana or Michigan. True, the pumpkins might be under a palm tree, and that inflatable witch might be cackling in eighty degree weather, but they are there! I guess everyone loves “fall” no matter where you live. With this in mind, I’ve been curating all the best sales on fall home decor and have included them in the bottom of this post. Be sure to check back often because new items are added daily as they go on sale!
